Please review this policy carefully before registering for a course with CPR Washington. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms outlined below regarding refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and attendance.
All course registrations are considered final once payment has been processed. CPR Washington does not provide refunds for course fees after registration has been completed.
Every registration reserves an official American Heart Association (AHA) course seat for the individual student. Because these course assignments are issued to a specific participant and cannot be transferred or reassigned, registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all courses and is enforced without exception.
Students who need to move their appointment to another available date may do so for a $25 rescheduling fee per request.
During the initial registration process, students may purchase Reschedule Insurance for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $15.
This option provides additional flexibility by allowing up to two complimentary reschedules without paying the standard $25 rescheduling fee.
To qualify:
The following products and services are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
This includes all Self-Guided, Online/Blended Learning, HeartCode Complete, HeartCode Skills, and RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) courses.
Because online course access is issued immediately after registration and assigned to a specific participant, these registrations cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.
Once a course registration has been rescheduled, it becomes permanently ineligible for a refund.
The $15 Reschedule Insurance purchase and any $25 rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled appointment.
A No-Show occurs when a student fails to attend their scheduled class or self-guided skills session without notifying CPR Washington beforehand.
Students who are marked as a No-Show will:
Additionally, online course access is permanently assigned to the registered student’s name and email address. Once access has been issued, it cannot be reassigned, reused, or refunded.

If you have questions regarding our refund, cancellation, or rescheduling policies before registering, please contact CPR Washington. We’re happy to explain the policy and help you choose the option that best fits your schedule.
All course registrations are final because each registration reserves an official American Heart Association (AHA) course seat for the individual student. Online course access is also assigned immediately after registration and cannot be transferred or reused. For these reasons, CPR Washington does not offer refunds once registration is complete.
Reschedule Insurance is an optional add-on available during registration for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $15. It allows you to reschedule your course up to two times without paying the standard $25 rescheduling fee, provided each request is made before your scheduled course begins.
If you do not attend your scheduled class or skills session, you may be considered a No-Show. No-Show students forfeit their registration fees and are not eligible for refunds or complimentary rescheduling.
A No-Show is a student who fails to attend their scheduled course or self-guided skills session without notifying CPR Washington before the scheduled start time.
If you experience an emergency before your scheduled course, contact CPR Washington as soon as possible. If you purchased Reschedule Insurance and notify us before the course begins, you may reschedule your class without paying the standard rescheduling fee, subject to the policy terms.
Because registrations are processed immediately and assigned to a specific student, all registrations are final and non-transferable. If you believe you registered for the wrong course, contact CPR Washington immediately. While refunds cannot be issued, our staff will review your situation and explain any available options under our rescheduling policy.
To reschedule your course, contact CPR Washington before your scheduled class begins. Standard rescheduling requests are subject to a $25 fee unless you purchased Reschedule Insurance and meet its eligibility requirements.
If you have any questions about our refund, cancellation, or rescheduling policies, please contact CPR Washington before registering. Our team is happy to explain the policy and help you select the course that best fits your needs.
