I was skeptical at first because I have only ever done the traditional four hour class with an instructor but this was an amazing and convenient experience! I was able to get my AHA BLS certification renewed and only had to spend ~20 minutes doing the skills portion after completing the online modules. Everything was explained clearly and the online modules allowed me to go over topics I already knew briefly while going more in-depth on topics I had forgotten. The tips and tricks video guides they sent were also very helpful for showing me what to expect and how to pass the skills portion properly.
Response from the owner:Noelle, thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the blended format and tips videos made your renewal efficient and clear, and that the skills session fit smoothly into your schedule. It means a lot that the modules helped refresh areas you had forgotten. We appreciate your kind feedback.

Very easy process. It was nice to be by yourself. Easy place to find. Very straight forward process.
No shortage of 5-star reviews here, but I’m just gonna add one… I have been a nurse for 25 years, so I’ve taken BLS many times and in all kinds of settings (work-sponsored, etc. — even took the class on a lady’s houseboat once). The only thing that would have helped is if I could have had my manekins on the floor (due to some t-spine issues of mine) — and usually people who are “down” and needing this kind of care are in the ground anyway. 😮‍💨 Maybe next time. 🙃 This really was the best experience, though — 10/10 for convenience, guidance, and communication. 110% hassle free process, but thorough — I will for sure go this route again the next time I’m due. Thanks, guys!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Stephanie, for sharing such thoughtful and detailed feedback! After 25 years of taking BLS courses in all kinds of settings, we’re especially grateful to hear that you found this experience convenient, thorough, and hassle-free. We’re glad the guidance and communication helped make the process smooth from start to finish. We also appreciate your suggestion about having the mannequins available on the floor. We understand how that positioning could be helpful, and we’ll keep your feedback in mind as we look for ways to improve the skills setup. Thank you again for your support—we’ll be happy to have you back for your next renewal!
